A real double-layer acrylic topper and name-charm application for a finished Cakylicious birthday cake. This project used a coordinated number “6” and the name “ALION” in the same red-and-white acrylic combination.

The project

The cake design needed two personalised acrylic elements that felt like one set: a large age number for the top tier and a matching name piece for the lower tier. Both use a white face against a red offset layer, creating a clear outline and extra depth against the blue cake.

Why the double layer works

The offset second layer gives each letter and number a defined border. On a detailed themed cake, that contrast helps the personalised pieces remain readable without competing with the other decoration.
