Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Personalized or Custom Products
- Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, refunds or returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Any errors in personalization caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling or design details) are not eligible for refund or return.
Non-Custom Products
- Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@etchnshine.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Process for Returns

Contact Us: Email us at info@etchnshine.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping:
- For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
