How a custom business order works

1. Share your requirement. Tell us what you need, where it will be used and the quantity you are considering.
2. Send your artwork. A vector file such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF usually gives the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG may also be suitable.
3. Review the approach. We will confirm the suitable product, material and ordering route before production.
4. Order directly or request a quote. Standard products can be ordered online. Tailored projects can be discussed before you commit.

Tell us that your enquiry is a repeat order and include your previous order number where available. We will confirm whether the approved artwork from that order can be reused.

Can I order a product with my business logo?

Yes, many products are designed for logo personalisation. The available upload or artwork instructions are shown on each product page. For a tailored project, contact us before ordering.

What artwork should I provide?

Vector artwork—such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF—normally provides the sharpest result. A clear, high-resolution PNG may also work. We will review artwork supplied for a tailored quote.

Can different products use the same branding?

Where the artwork and chosen materials are suitable, related pieces can be planned around the same visual identity. Tell us which products you are considering so the requirements can be reviewed together.

Can I see an approach before placing a tailored order?
