Etch 'N' Shine is the trading name of Malek EL-Zeenni, a sole trader. These terms explain how orders are handled. Contact info@etchnshine.com with a question before ordering.

Product information

Read the selected product's description, dimensions, materials, options and included parts before ordering. Natural grain and texture can vary. Screen colours and digital mock-ups may differ from the physical item; the agreed product specification remains the basis of the order.

Personalisation and artwork

Supply names, dates and wording exactly as you want them to appear. Check spelling and make sure you have permission to use submitted artwork. If the product includes a mock-up, review it carefully and approve it before production. A mock-up is not included with every standard order.

Bespoke quotes and design work

A displayed starting price is not necessarily the final price of a bespoke order. Any additional design work or changes to the specification are agreed before charging for them. See the AI Design Policy where an AI concept needs artwork preparation.

Payment and availability

Prices and available options are shown on the product page and at checkout, and are subject to change without prior notice. If an item or option cannot be supplied, or a typographical or pricing error affects the order, we will contact you to explain the available options rather than silently substitute a different specification.

Production and delivery

Standard production takes 2–4 business days after the details and any required mock-up are approved. Corporate orders, large signs and heavily customised work take 5–10 working days after any required approval. Delivery is estimated at a further 1–3 business days after dispatch. Changes, cancellation and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Changes depend on the work already completed. Personalised goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain. Our voluntary 30-day offer for unpersonalised goods is separate from statutory cancellation rights. See the returns and refunds policy.

Using the website and supplied designs

Use the website lawfully. You must not violate any laws or regulations, engage in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour, or upload malicious content or artwork you have no right to use. Website text, photographs and designs may be protected by intellectual property rights. Please ask before reproducing them.

Responsibility and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where that would be unlawful, or removes your statutory consumer rights. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described so the appropriate remedy can be arranged.
