Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) engrave most cleanly. A clear, high-resolution PNG usually works for simpler logos. If a logo needs adjusting to engrave well at this size, we'll show you before we start.

Yes. Upload it when you order. If it's complex, send it with your quantity first and we'll confirm it engraves cleanly at this size.

Can each tumbler have a different name?

Yes. Send a name list with the colour for each and we'll engrave them as one matched set.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, on orders of 10 or more. Send the quantity and colour split and we'll reply with a unit price.

Can we reorder the same design later?

Yes. Include your previous order number and we'll check whether the approved artwork can be reused.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each product is made and personalised to order. Allow 1 to 3 working days to dispatch, then 2 to 4 working days for UK delivery. You'll get a dispatch confirmation once it's on its way.

What happens if I make a mistake typing my personalisation?

We engrave exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.

Is this dishwasher safe?

Hand wash only. A dishwasher can damage the insulation seal and the engraved or printed finish, so wash with warm soapy water and dry before storing.

Can I return this if I change my mind?

Each product is personalised to your order, so we don't offer exchanges once it's made. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full process in our Returns & Refund Policy.
