Artwork and digital proof
Upload your artwork or card layout when ordering. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF normally produce the cleanest engraving; a clear high-resolution PNG may also be suitable.
We will review the supplied artwork and send a digital proof for approval before production begins. Any required layout adjustments can be discussed before you approve the design.
Production time and packaging
- Orders of up to 20 cards: produced within 3 business days from artwork approval
- Orders of up to 100 cards: produced within 5 business days from artwork approval
- Each group of 10 cards is supplied in its own clear storage case
Delivery takes an estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Colours and tailored projects
Black anodised aluminium is the standard available finish. Other colours may be sourced for suitable projects; contact us before ordering so availability, quantity and artwork requirements can be confirmed.
Repeat orders
We retain approved artwork to make future orders easier. When reordering, include your previous order number so we can locate the approved design and reduce the setup work required.

Yes. A digital proof is sent for approval, and production starts after the artwork is approved.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. Include your previous order number and we will check the retained approved artwork for your new order.
