We engrave exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.

How do I clean the acrylic?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, or one lightly dampened with water. Avoid paper towels and alcohol-based cleaners, which can scratch or cloud the surface over time.

Can I return this if I change my mind?

Each product is personalised to your order, so we don't offer exchanges once it's made. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full process in our Returns & Refund Policy.
