Bulk orders are processed in 5–10 working days once details are complete and any required artwork or proof is approved. UK delivery takes an estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch. Business and working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Production and delivery are separate periods; artwork preparation and approval can add time before production starts.
We engrave exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away. Keep it away from soaking, the dishwasher and direct heat, and the engraving will stay sharp for years.
