File requirements:

PNG (transparent background preferred), SVG, or high-resolution PDF
Minimum 300 DPI for raster files
Vector format (SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest engraving result

Logos with clean lines and bold shapes engrave best into wood. Very fine detail or thin strokes may not hold clearly at 30mm — if you are unsure, message us before ordering and we will review your file first.

Engraving is permanent. As plywood is a natural material, slight variation in grain tone may occur between pieces.

Production time: 3–5 working days (varies by pack size)

Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.

Larger packs (50 or 100) may require up to 5 working days before dispatch. If you have a specific date you need the order by, add a note at checkout and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
