Each keychain can be customised with:

• Teacher’s name

• Short thank-you message

• Student name or class name (optional)

For best results:

Enter the wording exactly as you would like it engraved (case sensitive).
Shorter messages produce the clearest and most balanced finish.

Laser engraving marks the acrylic surface, leaving your chosen wording.

Production Time: 1–3 business days

Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

For end-of-term teacher gifts or classroom orders, we recommend ordering in advance.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a bulk or corporate order take?

Bulk and corporate orders take a little longer than a single item, especially at higher quantities. Send us your quantity and we'll confirm a dispatch date before you order.

What happens if I make a mistake typing my personalisation?

We engrave exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.

How do I clean the acrylic?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, or one lightly dampened with water. Avoid paper towels and alcohol-based cleaners, which can scratch or cloud the surface over time.

Can I return this if I change my mind?

Each product is personalised to your order, so we don't offer exchanges once it's made. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full process in our Returns & Refund Policy.
