How long does it take to receive my order?

Each product is made and personalised to order. Allow 1 to 3 working days to dispatch, then 2 to 4 working days for UK delivery. You'll get a dispatch confirmation once it's on its way.

What happens if I make a mistake typing my personalisation?

We engrave exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.

Can this go outside or get wet?

Slate is naturally weather-resistant, so it's fine outdoors or near water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, and avoid harsh chemical cleaners on the engraved area.

Can I return this if I change my mind?

Each product is personalised to your order, so we don't offer exchanges once it's made. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full process in our Returns & Refund Policy.
