How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are processed in 2–4 business days once personalisation details are complete and any required artwork or proof is approved. Bulk orders are processed in 5–10 working days once details are complete and any required artwork or proof is approved. UK delivery takes an estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch. Business and working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Production and delivery are separate periods; artwork preparation and approval can add time before production starts.
What happens if I make a mistake typing my personalisation?
We engrave exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.
How do I care for the leather?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture so the colour and finish last.
Can I return this if I change my mind?
Each product is personalised to your order, so we don't offer exchanges once it's made. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full process in our Returns & Refund Policy.
