Most premises collect their signage over time. A Reception sign in one font, a Toilet sign in another, a room number printed on paper. We make every sign in your order from the same acrylic, in the same typeface, with your logo where you want it.

Before you order

3M tape holds well on smooth painted walls, glass and laminate doors. On textured walls, fresh paint, or anywhere a sign might get knocked, choose screw holes. The raised lettering is visual only and does not replace Braille or tactile signage where a building needs it.

We tell you before anything is made. Some concepts need simplifying, splitting into two pieces, or a small design fee. You see exactly what changed and why in your proof.

What artwork should I send?

A clear reference image, sketch or description is enough to start. Vector artwork such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF gives the cleanest result for logos and lettering.

Will I see the design before it is made?

Yes. You receive a proof before production, and nothing is cut until you approve it.

How long does it take once my design is approved?

Turnaround starts once you approve your proof. Standard designs dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of approval, then 2 to 4 working days for UK delivery. A more complex design may take longer, depending on what it needs. We'll confirm the exact timing in your proof.

Can I upload more than one file?

The upload field on this page takes one file. If you need to send several images or documents, zip them into one file, or email them to info@etchnshine.com with your order number.

Can I send you an AI-generated design?

Yes, but an exact match isn't guaranteed. AI designs often need adjusting to work for laser cutting or engraving, which can affect your turnaround time. We'll show you what's changed and why in your proof, before anything's produced.
