Placement Options: One side or both sides of the bottle

You can personalise the bottle with:

• Name or initials

• Short message or quote

• Company logo or brand artwork

For text engraving:

Enter your wording exactly as you would like it engraved (case sensitive). Shorter text produces the clearest result.

For logo engraving:

Upload a high-resolution file during ordering. Vector artwork (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) produces the sharpest engraving results.

Laser engraving removes the outer coating to reveal the stainless steel beneath, creating a contrasting silver finish.

Standard orders are processed in 2–4 business days once personalisation details are complete and any required artwork or proof is approved.

Bulk orders are processed in 5–10 working days once details are complete and any required artwork or proof is approved.

UK delivery takes an estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.

Standard UK delivery costs £3.49 for orders below £30 and is free for orders of £30 or more. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery.

Business and working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Production and delivery are separate periods; artwork preparation and approval can add time before production starts.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

What happens if I make a mistake typing my personalisation?

We personalise exactly what you enter on the product page, so check spelling, spacing and capitalisation before adding to cart. Spot a mistake right after ordering? Message us. We can usually catch it before production starts; once a product is made, it can't be undone.

Is this dishwasher safe?

Hand wash only. A dishwasher can damage the insulation seal and the engraved or printed finish, so wash with warm soapy water and dry before storing.

Can I return this if I change my mind?

Each product is personalised to your order, so we don't offer exchanges once it's made. If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full process in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Very nice bottle with excellent quality and a premium feel

Very nice bottle with excellent quality and a premium feel. One small suggestion would be to include a fabric or cloth cover/sleeve to give the bottle a bit more protection and help keep it looking new for longer.
